Vouchers & Cancellations




  • There is now no expiry date on any new or existing vouchers purchased for the salon. We do not accept voucher payments in December.
  • We have never implemented a cancellation or no show fee, however, with such unusual times, we have to make changes. If you do not notify us that you are unable to attend your appointment at least 24 hours before you are due to come in, we will require a payment of 50% of your total appointment cost. This will be wavered in the case of an actual emergency or cold/flu symptoms. If you refuse to pay this fee, it will be added to your account, and you will be asked to pay at your next appointment. We are sure that for most of our clients it is a shock that we have to put this in place, but we lose so much business to last minute cancellations, that it really is now a necessity. 
  • We may ask for a 50% upfront payment on large appointments.
